Move and create

The only way for me to make it from start to finish and do some photography is by combining travelling with volunteering. My budget is simply not big enough for touristic sightseeing. But to be honest, I am also not really interested in that. Don't get me wrong, it's a big part of our history and there are definitely mind-blowing sights to see, like the Great Wall of China, but since I am not trying to rush from A to B, it's not my main priority. Additionally, my financial limit is also one of my main motivations to get creative. I prefer to take it slow, adapt to places and connect with local people. The most interesting moments I had so far, are the real ones - by taking local routes, hitchhiking or staying at strangers house but you can't take the last point for granted because it would be simply against my principles. I am trying to respond to people's overwhelming kindness by being a positive guest, helping, sharing and teaching. It's a wonderful exchange. However, as inspiring it is, the reality taught me that there are many people in need and even when you're putting on the biggest smile, it always comes down to the same things: having food, education and healthcare - especially for kids. I am literally broke but I am still having the possibilities to get around, help and share which gives me the awareness of perspective. A lot of people don't have those chances. That's why I am trying to give back a bit more by paying for food, books, school supplies or clothes.

Donations are highly appreciated and will be invested in my interactions with people (as above described). However, as long as my Patreon profile and Prints are not online and you're interested in supporting my idea, donations are also a possibility to show some love. Those coins will be reinvested in running costs like my website. My long-term goal is to stay non-profit and create a fund.

Whenever I am in more popular places, I usually use Booking.com to check for hostels and prices. If you want to support me with your own next journey by using Booking.com, click on the button on the left or copy this url www.booking.com/s/ab0b3749 and insert it into the address bar to get a credit. Once you made a booking, stayed and checked out we will both get the reward.

Patreon is a crowdfunding platform popular for content creators, musicians, and artists. It allows them to obtain funding from their fans or patrons, on a recurring basis, or per work of art. I am currently working on my concept to combine and present my ideas behind KULTURHYBRID. Stay connected for further information!
